Sarvodaya Holidays Policy

Sarvodaya Holidays Payment Terms:

Incase booking made more than 30 days to 15 days prior to travel date
Amount required to proceed with booking	on or before
35% of the total package cost	at the time of confirmation
Balance payment 65% i.e. 100% payment	on or before 15 days prior to travel

Incase booking made within 15 days prior to travel date
Amount required to proceed with booking	on or before
50% of the total package cost	at the time of confirmation
Balance 50% i.e. 100% payment	on or before 7 days prior to travel

Incase booking made within 7 days prior travel date
Amount required to proceed with booking	on or before
100% payment	at the time of confirmation

Sarvodaya Holiday Cancellation Policy:

• 45 To 30 Days prior to departure - 30%
• 30 Days To 15 Days - 70% of the Total cost
• 15 Days or Less - 100 % of the Total Cost
• Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour
• Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season
• Bank transaction charges on credit card/net banking will not be refunded.
• This policy may vary during Apr, May and June months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends
• No refund will be provided for unutilized services provided in the package.
